Products

No, There is no special printer required to print cheques from QuickBooks, Sage or any other software. You can print cheques using your ordinary Laser or Inkjet printer.

Yes. The personal and computer cheques that we carry at Chequesplus.com are the same as those sold by your financial institution. In fact, we use the same suppliers as many of Canada’s biggest banks, so in many cases, our cheques are indistinguishable from those purchased from your financial institution.

No, our cheques will clear with the same ease that those purchased from a bank do, provided you have adequate funds in your account to cover them.

Yes, we can also provide cheques for accounts in US Funds, you just have to note it in your order form.

There's no matter at what bank you have your account at, we can provide cheques for any bank.

Yes, our computer cheques work with all of the major accounting software programs that are used by businesses. If you have a custom program, we can accommodate it as well. All we will need to create cheques for your custom accounting program is a voided cheque, which can be provided via fax or email.

We do not currently offer continuous cheques; however, we have a newsletter that you can subscribe to receive alerts when we begin carrying new check styles in case we add continuous cheques to our lineup in the future.

Security

Yes. Our secure shopping cart uses the latest secure server technology, Our website is Comodo secure and we use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection on all the pages where you record personal and payment information. Look for a closed padlock in the lower right corner of the browser window to indicate a secure connection.

We ensure that our cheques meet the CPA (Canadian Payments Association) guidelines and are guaranteed to be 100% CPA 2006 complaint. Our Payments Canada (CPA) Printer ID is #1027 which can be found on their website.

Pricing and payments

The big banks like TD, BMO and CIBC do not print their own cheques. They take your information and outsource it to check printing companies. We print cheques on-site. We don’t just work with the printers: we are the printers. We process and ship out all orders ourselves. That means: no more middlemen, no needless markups, and no more getting ripped off by the banks. For this reason, we can promise the best prices in all of Canada.

Chequesplus.com accepts Visa Master Card and AMEX. You can also pay via PayPal and use your chequing account as a funding source.

Shipping

Shipping is free to anywhere in Ontario or Quebec on most products and orders over $50, and $11.99 flat rate to other provinces. Personal cheques are shipped free all over canada. For more info check out our Shipping Info page.

We usually ship orders approved before 1:00PM that same day. If your order was placed after 2:00PM, it will usually be sent the following business day.

We send all of our business orders out with rush shipping, so that you can have your cheques as quickly as possible. You are not charged extra for this service.

Once your business order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email that includes the shipment method used and the tracking number. You can also find the tracking details on your order history page. Personal cheque orders are mailed through Canada Post and Tracking is NOT included. If you still have questions about an order that was already placed, please contact us by phone at 450-323-6244 or by e-mail at sales@chequesplus.com.

We strive to fill all of our orders very quickly, so if you need to cancel, please contact us immediately by phone at 450-323-6244. Unfortunately, if we have already completed your order, we cannot cancel it.

At Chequesplus.com, we strive to make sure every order that we ship arrives free of errors and to your exact specifications. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible by phone at 450-323-6244 or by e-mail at sales@chequesplus.com, and we will re-print your cheques at no cost.
